"This is my third time working with Tim and his team, each project bigger. The job entailed working with another vendor for roofing and they coordinated timing. Covid didn’t help the schedule as supply was limited everywhere but Carol Ann kept me updated on the schedule close to weekly. Once we were scheduled, the crew worked like a Toyota line, following each other’s movements. Anatoli and his team onsite were respectful of the property, neighbors and my going in and out. The detail of the work from the corner trim to the bottom caps was meticulous. Another contractor for a different job commented on how well done the work was! Once the siding and trim was complete, the final details of electrical blocks, garage door seals was finished. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and how amazingly different the house looks (100%+ better). The attention to detail that Tim does through his workers and himself show. I had a separate area of the front sided with ‘rock’ and they made sure that I saw what it looked like by hanging samples up so I could decide. That actually made me change my mind to the better of another color. Tim and Anatoli take constructive input seriously. From my concern of trash cleanup to sending and resending staff to finish the work properly, I appreciated being heard. I’ve recommended O’Sullivans many times and will continue to.
